Administrative Operations Coordinator - Models Booking and Scheduling Coordinator (Apparel/Garments Fitting) :
Our direct client, Aerie, a sub-brand of American Eagle Outfitters, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Models Booking and Scheduling Coordinator to join their Production team.
This role will be responsible for coordinating the booking and scheduling of models for apparel/garments fittings and managing sample tracking with vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book and schedule fit models for apparel/garments fittings
- Manage the scheduling of fit models and communicate fitting schedules to relevant teams
- Track and follow up on samples with vendors, ensuring adherence to sample deadlines
- Communicate with all parties regarding fit schedules and sample deadlines
- Collaborate with all parties to ensure sample and fit schedules are maintained internally and externally
- Develop and document processes for fitting scheduling and sample tracking
- Enforce partners' compliance with internal and external processes
- Order supplies and manage the logistics of sample transportation, including coordinating with couriers and communicating package ETA dates to technicians
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to create and document processes as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience in apparel/garments fitting or production is a plus
- Familiarity with the fashion industry and its processes is preferred
