General Statement of Job:
The Coordinator will be part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting multiple field
operations teams of Off Duty Officers (ODOs) dedicated to numerous client portfolios. They will
work with SIS and client leadership on operational and service initiatives and be responsible for
managing administrative support functions in furtherance of program objectives.
Essential Job Functions:
• Coordinate, schedule, and manage assigned personnel
• Daily interaction with client site and program leadership to ensure program expectations
and requirements are being met
• Respond in a timely manner to emergent and last-minute client requests
• Ensure compliance with security detail post orders and program SOPs
• Manage departmental and project records to ensure accurate processing and billing of
security cases
• Handle timekeeping, UTMs and expenses of assigned personnel
• Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training for existing and new locations
• Work closely with client stakeholders and assigned SIS ODOs to create a sense of "team"
• Interact with SIS internal departments to ensure program and assigned personnel needs
are being addressed
• Ensure ODO compliance with various states' security guard/firearms permit requirements
• Support ad-hoc and special requests as required

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
• Must have a High School Diploma; AA or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum five years of experience in safety and security management, law enforcement,
and/or military in a supervisory capacity
• Strong leadership skills with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Demonstrated ability to build cohesive, efficient, and high functioning teams
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and support
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Identify innovative solutions to complicated problems
• Must have the ability to multi-task
• Must be flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful and fluid situations
• Excellent time-management, communication, technical writing, presentation development,
facilitation and organizational skills required
• Strong administrative skills
• Must be able to respond to client needs outside of normal business hours
• Ability to travel-up to 40%
• Ability to remotely manage personnel
• Strong case management skills, and willingness to accept ownership of cases
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Experience using SalesForce is highly preferred

computer terminal, writing, and reading. Must be able to make general observations of facilities or
structures. Required to have visual acuity to operate a motor vehicle.
Language Ability: Requires the ability to read a variety of informational documentation,
directions, instructions, methods and procedures related to the job function. Requires the ability
to write job-related documents. Requires the ability to speak with and before others with poise,
voice control, and confidence using correct English and well modulated voice.
Intelligence: Requires the ability to learn and understand relatively complex principles and
techniques related to job duties; to make independent judgments in absence of supervision; to
acquire knowledge of topics related to primary occupation.
Numerical Aptitude: Requires the ability to utilize mathematical formulas; add, subtract,
multiply and divide figures; determine percentages; determine time weight.
Form/Spatial Aptitude: Requires the ability to inspect items for proper length, width, and shape,
visually with job-related equipment.
Motor Coordination: Requires the ability to coordinate hands and eyes in using job-related
equipment.
Manual Dexterity: Requires the ability to handle a variety of items including computer
equipment, control knobs, switches, other job-related equipment, etc. Must have the ability to use
one hand for twisting or turning motion while coordinating other hand with different activities.
Must have above average levels of eye/hand/foot coordination.
Color Discrimination: Requires the ability to differentiate colors and shades of color.
Interpersonal Temperament: Requires the ability to deal with people beyond giving and
receiving instructions related to job function. The worker needs to relate to people in situations
involving more than giving or receiving instructions under stressful situations. Must be adaptable
to performing under considerable stress when confronted with an emergency.

Physical Communication: Requires the ability to talk and/or hear: talking, expressing or
exchanging ideas by means of spoken words; those activities in which they must convey detailed
or important spoken instructions to others accurately, loudly, or quickly. Requires the ability to
hear: perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability
to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in
sound.
Technical Skills: Requires ability to utilize skills relating to computers and electronic devices and
grasp related processes; ability to operate and activate computer as it relates to job related
functions.
Position: Must be able maintain a stationary position up to 100% of the time; move or traverse
about the property, indoors and outdoors, up to 100% of the time including ascending/descending
stairs.
Environmental Conditions: Exposure to a variety of environmental conditions, including
temperature changes (cold and heat), weather conditions, indoor and outdoor activities, and may
be in close quarters for extended periods of time.
