SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Under the direction of the Senior Director, Ambulatory Operations and Performance, the Ambulatory Operations Program Manager manages administrative and operational activities for ongoing operations and quality improvement projects. Ensures that activities are carried out by established timeliness and specifications; coordinates interdepartmental functions to minimize project delays or course correction when necessary. Meets with clinic managers regularly to review program status and develop future action plans.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience in ambulatory healthcare settings.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Healthcare or relevant field required.
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience managing programs/projects required.
