Amazon is seeking a APM Program Manager for our Amazon APM central team which supports NA Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME). Key job responsibilities

The APM Program Manager will be responsible for data ingestion and configuration, business process analysis, reporting and training documentation development for the Hexagon EAM application. This position will act as the liaison between APM technical team, Amazon Maintenance Operations Center (AMOC) and other business owners to determine standard work processes, best practices, and new software enhancements and features. This role will support NA RME and other Amazon support groups including: Safety, Startup, Operations Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Finance and Procurement.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

- 3-4 years' working experience on Hexagon EAM v11.2 or higher software package or equivalent CMMS software, including: enterprise software configuration, dashboard development using Cognos, Business Objects or SSRS reporting tools. Working knowledge of asset hierarchy, coding and naming conventions. One full cycle of end-to-end software implementation experience is required.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administrations, Computer Science, Electrical Engineer or related discipline or equivalent experience

- 2 years' experience in business requirement gathering, project management, process improvement analysis, and software solution recommendation under enterprise software architecture.

- Experience using Microsoft Excel formatting, functions, equations, and macros.

- Ability to use SQL and understand Hexagon EAM Database relations.

- Experience managing software change requests and user access control.

- Ability to travel up to 50% of time to visit Amazon sites is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields.

- Working knowledge of fundamental relational database design, data warehouse and Business Intelligence best practices, methodologies and terminology.

- 2 years SQL Server database query and reporting experience using ETL, data warehouse, and SSAS/SSRS tools.

- Strong knowledge in project development methodology, clear verbal and written communication skills, has the ability to handle daily activities in a dynamic environment and drive deliverables.

- Good presentation skills to different levels of audience, including executives and hourly employees.

- Support dynamic BI needs by summarizing and reporting key analytical findings.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
