Our client is looking for a Level 2 Application Support Specialist to support their internal teams. You will act as application support as well as production support for the engineering division. You will handle tickets submitted via ServiceNow and will engage in triage.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
* Experience in an application support role
* Experience with Oracle PL/SQL scripting to pull information/troubleshoot
* Experience with a ticketing system (preferably ServiceNow)
* Experience working with customer internal and external requirements
* Extensive SQL skills
* Microsoft SQL
* Oracle PL/SQL
* Data analysis skills
* Understands data relationships and schemas
* Able to follow data through systems
* Able to use MS tools such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint
* Strong communication skills -- listening and note taking
* Proactive and forward thinking approach
* Self motivated with confidence and ownership
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Pluses:
* Cloud experience
* PowerBI experience
