A large enterprise is looking to add 2 additional Reservation Software Support Specialist to their team. This team is responsible for all Restaurant Operations Support inquiries for all clients that utilize their software. This individual will be responsible for conflict resolution and requires assisting customers through user experience troubleshooting, first time system usage, implementations, and standard customer service support.

Required Skills & Experience

Restaurant Industry experience
Restaurant Technology experience utilizing event, reservations or serving platforms including but not limited to RESY OS, Open Table, Yelp Reservations, Eat App, The Fork, Restaurant 365, etc.)
Customer Service Experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous software troubleshooting call center experience
RESY OS experience in any capacity
