Our client is looking for an MEP focused Project Manager to help with a renovation project at a federal project in SE DC. This is a 3 year project that will include renovations to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment throughout the facility. In this role they will act as an owners representative.

Required Skills & Experience

8 years of experience on federal projects.
BS in Engineering or a related field.
Experience leading a team of MEP specialists, estimators and schedulers.
Experience with MEP systems including oversight of installation, commissioning of systems, design/specs review.
