This position is in the Service Strategy and Finance Office, Enterprise Services Directorate, Bureau of Diplomatic Technology (DT/ES/SSF), in the U.S. Department of State (DOS). Duties
- Coordinates portfolio of IT projects with assigned Project Managers (PMs), supports project management lifecycle processes in the designated portfolios and serves as SSF's principal point of contact for the PMs.
- Designs and implements a standard reporting process for all IT projects and initiatives within the SSF Office.
- Provides platform for continual service improvement guidelines and processes for the organization and oversees and consolidates metrics needed to facilitate successful project analysis outcomes in the Office.
- Performs and coordinates significant analyses and evaluations of the major budget and resource
management policy issues for the SSF Supervisory Management Analyst that impact the execution of
important Diplomatic Technology IT strategic initiatives. - Performs full range of administrative and contract management duties in support of the Federal and contract

Next steps
After all application packages are received, we will review applications and evaluate applicants' qualifications. Then, in approximately two weeks after this announcement closes, we will refer candidates, as described in the "How You Will Be Evaluated" section, to the hiring manager for selection consideration. Your application status will be updated up to four times during the following hiring phases:
