Chipton-Ross is seeking an Assembler for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL.
This position is 100% onsite.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
o Experience with IPC-620 standards, including:
o Crimping open and closed barrels
o Coax (BNC's, Virginia or Mac Panel)
o Soldering
o Solder sleeves
o Daisy chains
o Solder splices
o Able to perform self-inspections (understanding criteria - acceptable or defect recognition)
o Able to follow work instructions and understand drawings
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
o Mechanical and electrical experience on subassemblies
o Torque (understanding how to set tool and use)
o Cable routing (bend radius, service loops, dressing of wires)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in building electromechanical subassemblies in a production setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with IPC-620 standards. The position requires the ability to perform self-inspections, understand criteria for acceptable or defect recognition, and follow work instructions and drawings.
Desired skills include mechanical and electrical experience on subassemblies, such as torque and cable routing ensure efficient production

Accredited HSD/GED

Full-Time 4/10 work schedule
