Coordinate with Accountable Property Officers to receive, inventory, account for, maintain records of, and assist in the disposal of all customer assets within and outside the National Capital Region (NCR).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to develop requirements from a project's inception to its conclusion for asset management.
- Assist other project members with analysis and evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts in Asset Management.
- Must be able to develop requirements from a project's inception to its conclusion for asset management.
- Assist other project members with analysis and evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts in Asset Management.
- Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
- Perform enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems, including the development of conceptual systems requirements; systems integration requirements; systems phasing plan; business application consultation; problem tracking/management; and preparation and delivery of deliverables.
- Possess expertise on multiple complex work assignments which are broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
- Have the ability to apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
- Evaluate performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
- Function as a technical expert across multiple asset management related assignments.

- Utilizing the DHS approval system of record, Sunflower Asset Management System (SAMS) database will track assets throughout their lifecycles.
- Assist other project members with analysis and evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts in Asset Management.
- Possess expertise on multiple complex work assignments which are broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
- Have the ability to apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, COMPETENCIES:
- Experience in utilizing the Sunflower Asset Management System (SAMS) database.
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS-SCI)
EDUCATION:
- Must have bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience or an associate's degree and 8 to 10 years of experience.
