NOW HIRING: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring that all care is provided according to best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the daily care of residents, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of compassion and professionalism.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Participate in quality assurance programs, helping to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Ensure all nursing activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
  • Nursing management experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices and procedures, particularly in a long-term care setting.
