Ass i s t a n t D i r e c t or of Nursing- Reg i st ere d N u r s e -RN Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Ass ociates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Reg i st ere d N u r s e License
• Previous long-term care experience as an Ass i s t a n t D i r e c t or of Nursing is preferred, but not required
• Prior experience managing staff required
• Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and reg ulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care
• Overseeing the implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administration
• Implementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures
• Rec ruiting, training, and onboarding new nursing staff
• Other duties as ass i gned by the Di rec tor of Nursing

• Schedule: Full-time, Day shift, Monday-Friday, Weekend on-call rotation
• Daily Pay Option
