Position Summary

This position is a critical component to the success of the Terry College Executive, Professional, and Online MBA Programs. This position assists with the day-to-day operations for the Executive, Professional, and Online MBA programs and involves daily interaction with students, faculty, alumni, and outside vendors.

Duties/Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities

I: Program Delivery
• Support Director of Operations in onboarding of new students (Program Hub set-up, classroom scheduling, ordering onboarding materials, shipping materials)
• Support onboarding of faculty, including faculty orientation, materials sourcing and purchasing, module prep, etc.
• Support all day-to-day planning and execution of program operations
• Support all class logistics and scheduling
• Manage/ maintain student grade letter and employer tuition reimbursement request documentation
• Maintain/ edit the student and faculty hubs which host to all student-related materials, emails, schedules, and directory
• Participate in the development of departmental goals and objectives
• Troubleshoot and address the needs and concerns of students and professors
• Coordinate / organize campus facility key card access and distribution to students
• Provide evening and weekend class administrative support to faculty
• Serve as primary point of contact for programs when director is traveling
• Organize/Proctor student exams
• Support Academic Affairs Coordinator as backup for academic affairs, e.g., academic advising, registration, financial aid processing assistance, residency paperwork, immunization documentation, hardship withdrawals, etc.
• Support the Director of Operations with program assessment, accreditation materials, and audits
• Support the Director of Operations with processing purchase orders and invoices
• Support the Director of Operations with monitoring students' academic progress to identify student success or deficiencies to aid in student retention efforts
• Support the Director of Operations with planning and execution of local, domestic, and international residencies
• Work with program staff to assure all prospective students receive a high level of customer service throughout student life cycle
• Respond to general questions from prospective candidates via e-mail or phone
• Build and maintain relationships with students for the duration of the programs and beyond to foster loyalty and create engaged alumni

• Support Associate Director of Programming on the execution of all academic preparatory programming, workshops and events for incoming and current students
• Support and address needs of student groups (Student council, BCS)
• Serve as additional/back-up support for E/P/OMBA events, EMBA class weekends, etc.
