We are looking for an Assistant F&B Manager to join our team and lead all aspects of our business focusing on our multiple food and beverage outlets. A roving assistant food and beverage manager is responsible for supervising multiple departments including our newest lounge, Descend 21, Italian Steakhouse, Fiorenzo, Market place Grab & Go, B-line Diner and Rocks bar.

Successful candidates will have a passion for food and beverage and retail sales. The ability to motivate and hold a great team accountable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is perfect for an aspiring Food and Beverage Manager to gain valuable development in their career path.

We expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments. Ultimately, you will ensure our food and beverage outlets run smoothly and customers have pleasant beverage and dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to bar and restaurant customers
  • Delegate responsibilities and supervise business operations
  • Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities
  • Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees
  • Monitoring store inventories activity and ensure proper provisions
  • Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures
  • Operating equipment responsibility
  • Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business
Qualifications:
  • Proven Leadership skills.
  • 2 years F&B management experience.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multi task effectively
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently - conflict resolution
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
