We're looking for an Assistant F&B Manager who embodies the Hyatt values and has previous hospitality experience. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist to manage at The Rooftop Bar. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.

This is a salary position with a salary range of $66,560. - $79,400. (Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.).
