The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the front office and for ensuring that all standard operating procedures pertaining to the front desk are followed. Assists in coordinating the activities of workers in guest registration, telephone services, and night audit to ensure the highest guest satisfaction and maximize hotel profitability. Additional responsibilities may include training, staff development and scheduling. This Colleague will play a crucial role in maintaining positive working relationships and resolving conflicts that may arise within the team. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate constructive communication and negotiation to reach mutually beneficial solutions.
