Position Description:

The Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a part-time pathologist to join our faculty for community-based pathology service work at our Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, Wisconsin, location.

The Department of Pathology at the Medical College of Wisconsin consists of 56 faculty members that serve seven hospitals. The main campus operates under a under a subspecialty sign-out system, with close working relationships with clinicians and surgeons and a full complement of cutting-edge clinical service lines. This subspecialty sign-out system provides our community providers at our affiliate hospital locations with direct access to subspecialty pathologist for consults and assistance on complex cases. The department houses a full-service translational research core facility that serves the human tissues research needs of both the pathology faculty and translational researchers across campus. This laboratory offers a full range of technical platforms, from histology and immunohistochemistry through a full menu of molecular techniques and next generation sequencing, and these services are available to all faculty members.
