Position Objective: GAP Solutions Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Manager (APM) to support the Program Manager in overseeing the FASS program. The APM will have a specific area of focus for New Parent Support Home Visitors. The APM will be responsible for managing, staffing, and overseeing their respective areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the PM in managing the FASS program, ensuring all services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Oversee Domestic Abuse Victim Advocates or New Parent Support Home Visitors, ensuring the delivery of specialized services.
- Supervise and support staff within their respective areas, ensuring they have the resources and training needed to perform their duties.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within their areas of responsibility.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on program performance within their areas, including metrics, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
- Serve as a point of contact for government stakeholders within their areas of responsibility.
Basic Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business, management, operations, or social science from an accredited academic institution.
- At least two years of prior experience working with a military or civilian social service agency serving military families.
- APM must have a minimum of five years of experience in programs serving new and expecting parents of children ages 0-3.
- Demonstrated experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing large-scale government projects of similar scope and complexity, such as training facilitation.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with non-technical and technical staff
- Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
