As an Associate Business Process Analyst, you'll be joining the elite OptumRx Combined Accumulator and PreCheck MyScript (PCMS) Operations team. This is hybrid role to support functions under multiple operational teams. For the Combined Accumulator Operations team, you will be managing accumulator data exchanges with medical vendors. The goal for these accumulator data exchanges is to keep the members accumulators in sync with medical vendors for OptumRX clients that have integrated accumulators with a medical provider. This also includes supporting reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting issues in the day-to-day operations for the Combined Accumulator team. This role also will support the day-to-day functions of the PreCheck MyScript operational team. This includes setting up clients on the product, terminating clients on the product, data analysis, troubleshooting issues, and reporting. Overall, in this hybrid role you will use your data analyst skills daily.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with OptumRx Operations, various internal teams and external teams to manage and prioritize client needs and resolve operational issues. Develop and maintain client relationships and solid inter-company relationships to ensure superior customer service and minimal member disruption
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Coordinate with the OptumRx Account Management, IT, and Operations teams to ensure the accumulator data exchange and PCMS product are working as expected
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and solid inter-company relationships to ensure superior customer service and minimal member disruption
  • Document business processes, creating SOP's and process flow maps
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients
  • Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience
  • Create, control and improve end-to-end business processes
  • Create quality reporting, analysis and audits for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • High school graduate/GED
  • 1+ years of experience with data analysis and process improvement
  • 1+ years of specific experience with documenting processes and practices
  • 1+ years of experience working with RxClaim platform
  • Demonstrated proficiency using MS Excel (advanced formulas, XLOOKUP, pivot tables)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree
  • Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Experience presenting to internal & external partners
  • Experience analyzing issues and presenting solutions
