Partnering with key stakeholders to understand data needs and review test scripts and/or SQL code to understand the data required for automation.
Facilitating discussions between Application Managers and EIT Technology Teams to understand data sources, data structure, flows and controls.
Strive for operational excellence and become an effective advocate of process improvement opportunities to support the adoption of new applications.
Establish systematic connections for test automation.
Lead Data Quality and Data Automation projects and initiatives that impact cross-functional teams.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and Metrics associated with productivity, turn-around time, accuracy and process control.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of relevant work experience
Applies critical thinking and connects the dots on how processes relate to one another.
Demonstrates understanding of and passion for the why.
Experience with structured and unstructured data
Experience utilizing tools such as Hadoop and Trino - either
Deep understanding of databases and table structures
Proficient in SQL/Python
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
