Job Summary
Under administrative direction, uses extensive knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to function as a liaison between ClariVest Asset Management and various departments at RJIM. The individual will act as a subject-matter expert on ClariVest's products, investment process, market views, and portfolio positioning, serving all applicable constituents downstream in this regard. The individual will work closely with the ClariVest investment team (located in San Diego, CA) and collaborate across multiple RJIM teams (located in St. Petersburg, FL) including intermediary sales, client service, marketing, compliance, reporting, and operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Serves as a point of contact for inbound questions and data requests from across RJIM related to ClariVest
• Develops narratives product positioning bullet points for marketing and/or sale
• Assists in the creation of presentations, reports, and databases as needed
• Coordinates the involvement of the investment team, as needed, to meeting request
• Participates in broad initiatives related to overall strategy, product positioning, and marketing campaign
• Assists client service with reporting and RFPs as needed
• Maintains familiarity with peers in each product category, contrasting different investment approaches, portfolio biases, and historical return pattern
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Knowledge of
• RJ and RJIM working structure, policies, mission, and strategie
• Fundamental concepts, principles, and practices used in the securities industry
• Fundamental concepts, principles, and practices of relationship management
• Financial markets and products, specifically fixed income
• Fundamental understanding of return attribution analysi
Skill in
• Interpreting and applying policies and procedure
• Preparing management report
• Identifying trends and implementing appropriate corrective action
• Operating standard office equipment and using required software application to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, and spreadsheet
Ability to
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels including senior management
• Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruption
• Balance conflicting resource and priority demand

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
Education/Previous Experience
• Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Finance or related field and a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the financial services industry
• OR
• Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resource
Licenses/Certifications
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferable or ability to obtain within three years of hire
• Series 7 license (current or ability to obtain within three months of hire)
