We're looking for an Associate Director, Tech Service and Product Manager to:
• Functionally manage the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health.
• Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications.
• Drive implementation of automation and monitoring to promote early detection, self-healing, improved availability, and decreased number of outages.
• Reduce operational inefficiencies in the incident management process to ensure the fastest path to recovery through automation and continuous process improvement.
• Identify when escalation is required and trigger escalations accordingly.
• Perform incident and problem management including identifying root cause and executing measures to reduce repeat occurrences.
• Implement continuous process improvement including knowledge management, procedures, and production monitoring.
• Implement ITIL framework aligned practices.
• Manage and implement MER's (Minimum Enterprise Requirements).
• Coordinate external and internal audits to ensure applications are firm and industry level compliant.
• Plan and implement EOL (End of life) and application system upgrades.
• Research and implement best practices to ensure team is providing best service possible.
• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Work closely with managed service vendor on SLA's, reports, and metrics.
• Partner with application management to provide day to day direction to achieve business objectives.
• Proactively make process and support decisions to improve environment.
• Provide recommendations that align with organization and IT operations goals in a cost-effective manner.
• Manage customer expectations.
• Create reports and documentation for relaying service delivery status to various audiences including monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers.

• Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or seven (7) years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead, Application Programmer, or a related occupation.
• Position requires experience with:
• UNIX;
• SQL;
• Microsoft Azure;
• Python;
• ITIL framework;
• project management;
• HTML5;
• Linux;
• JIRA; and
• ServiceNow.
