Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented engineering student to join our Space Team as an Assurance Test Engineering Intern focused on our testing and data collection efforts. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the testing and validation of space-level products. You will assist in performing vibration, shock, and temperature testing of our filter products, contributing to our mission of ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of testing and assurance plans for space-level products.
• Conduct vibration, shock, and temperature testing on filter products to ensure they meet industry and company standards.
• Collect and analyze test data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and engineering, to address any issues identified during testing.
• Maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures, results, and any corrective actions taken.
• Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as an undergraduate or graduate student in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field) with a graduation date of June 2025 or later.
• Strong interest in the aerospace and space industries, with a focus on manufacturing and quality assurance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or project experience in a related field.
• Familiarity with testing equipment and methodologies for vibration, shock, and temperature testing.
• Demonstrated leadership skills through participation in clubs, extracurricular activities, or volunteer work.
