Job Description:

L3Harris is searching for talented Engineering Test Technicians to join the L3Harris team testing avionics hardware assemblies and solid state hard drives. The candidate will be responsible for executing functional testing, thermal/vibration ESS tests and final acceptance tests on hardware. This position is a 2nd shift (Monday-Thursday) support.

Essential Functions:

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or schematics to perform work duties
• Work under direct supervision using a prescribed set of processes and procedures
• Work directly with engineers optimizing test processes and procedures
• Lean, continuous improvement mindset

Qualifications:

• Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 0-3 years of prior relevant
• Ability to read and understand spreadsheet.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Good computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Office)
• Professional attitude and excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Ability to work occasional weekend, off-shift, and overtime work.
• Possess a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment
