ATM Site Quality Project Manager (Richmond)

Experis/ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Financial Services organization for an ATM Site Quality Project Manager to assist their team.

Job Title: ATM Site Quality Project Manager
Location: Richmond, VA
Pay Range: $38 per hour.
Long term contract on W2.

Quality Management and Automation: The role is responsible for reviewing and scoring ATM and AHD Quality Checklists, managing site quality metrics, and ensuring compliance. The candidate will also use programming skills (Python, SQL, Access) to automate routines and streamline processes that currently rely on numerous spreadsheets and database queries.
Vendor and Project Coordination: The candidate will manage work order dispatch to vendors, oversee the production and delivery of ATM decals, and coordinate with ATM OEM and rigging vendors. This includes facilitating end-to-end quality reporting for ATM Deployment and Refresh projects, and leading bi-weekly meetings with vendors to discuss performance and deliverables.
Operational Risk and Compliance: The candidate will manage routines that ensure a safe and clean customer experience at ATMs, maintain quality checklist documentation, and perform random reviews of vendor services to ensure regulatory, branding, and marketing compliance.
