Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of audit or review engagements across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Foster strong client relationships, maintaining regular contact and deep understanding of their business and control systems.
  • Keep engagement Director or Partner informed of critical client developments and propose solutions for any potential issues.
  • Ensure proper scheduling of engagements and manage adherence to budgets; address budget overruns proactively.
  • Review financial statements and other client deliverables.
  • Provide direction, training, and supervision to senior accountants and staff accountants.
  • Play a key role in staff performance evaluations, reviews, and mentoring.
  • Contribute to the Firm's Business Development initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in public accounting.
  • Current CPA license.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective prioritization, multitasking, and deadline management abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of GAAP, US GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
  • Proficient in directing, reviewing, and training staff at various levels.
