We're looking for an Authorized Officer, IT Support Analyst to:

• Perform as the application support analyst to provide quality services to ensure end-to-end production stability of hosted applications in Client & Tax reporting cluster.
• Conduct bank's "Permit-to-Operate" technical readiness criteria process for multiple key components as part of transition of strategic platform into production.
• Apply automation and seek continuous service improvements by reducing non-value added activities.
• Ensure ITIL standards and processes are followed to ensure stability across our Production platforms.
• Seek automation and efficiency improvement opportunities to reduce nonvalue added activities (TOIL).
• Ensure production stability and availability for key operational business processes.
• Handle incident escalation and management.
• Liase with to senior Operations, Development, Infrastructure staff as well as third party support vendors and work to forge solid relationships with these teams.
• Conduct deep-dive post-mortems and prioritize remediation activities with delivery teams.
• Drive process improvement initiatives alongside global production support projects.
• Create and maintain written procedures and make available for audit or management review.
• Communicate complex technical issues, properly set expectations and adequately follow-up with all stakeholders.
• Track work progress and report any key issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement continuous improvement and problem management programs as well as good grounding in IT technical architecture and infrastructure.

Your expertise

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Project Lead, Technical Lead, Technical analyst, or a related occupation.

• Position requires experience with the following:
• Mainframes including JCL, VSAM files, and COBOL
• DB2 Database
• CICS Online Processing
• RLC
• ServiceNow
• IBM MQ
