Our client operates 70 acute-care hospitals and more than 1,000 other sites of care, including physician practices, urgent care centers, freestanding emergency departments, occupational medicine clinics, imaging centers, cancer centers and ambulatory surgery centers.

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Support Specialist for a contract-to hire remote contract. This role is specialized in providing high-level helpdesk support, focusing on SailPoint administration and implementation. As the organization transitions from an old IAM system to SailPoint, you will play a critical role in supporting this migration. This is a 100% remote opportunity.

SailPoint Support Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier III and Tier IV support for SailPoint, addressing complex issues related to administration and implementation
  • Collaborate with the cybersecurity support team to ensure smooth operations during the transition
  • Handle and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective solutions
  • Assist in the phased migration to SailPoint, with work shifting between supporting the old IAM system and SailPoint as needed
  • Support desktop users during the migration, providing guidance and troubleshooting issues as they arise

SailPoint Support Specialist Requirements:
  • Proven experience in SailPoint administration and implementation, with a strong focus on support roles
  • Comfortable providing specialized helpdesk support, particularly in a Tier III and Tier IV capacity
  • Experience using ServiceNow for ticketing and support management
  • Ability to adapt and shift focus as the migration progresses through different phases
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
