Azure AD Support Engineer

An employer is looking for an engineer to help with various issues.

The purpose of this team is to receive cases, work on something if it got broken, identity technologies- related to authentication vendors to start looking MFA, active directory. When they receive a case and cannot fix the issue, they will use different technologies to cross reference the issue.

Required Skills & Experience

Authorization experience , 3+ years of experience.

Authentication experience , 3+ years of experience.

Active directory experience , 3+ years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in technology, support, training, consulting, architecting, development, network, data center operations, IT admin or operations or equivalent education in technologies below:

Azure Active Directory

Identity Synchronization Technologies (Dirsync, AAD Connect, FIM...etc)

Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) -- or similar 3rd party experience (Shibboleth, CA SiteMinder, Okta, PING etc)

Identity and Access Management

Office 365 Identity Management

Cloud Domain Management

Cloud User Management and configuration

Bilingual -- preferred though not required: Portuguese, Korean, Mandarin, French, Spanish
