Job Description:
Relevant Experience (Years): 0-2 Years
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Experience in IT Production support - Production monitoring and change management
- Experience in Service Now process for Incidents and Change management
- Database querying and reporting experience
- Working knowledge of RPA / Automation BOTS - Level 1 trouble shooting
- Working knowledge on monitoring tools like Splunk , log insight
- Knowledge of Azure cloud environment, Tomcat server management
Experience required.
- A Professional degree, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology
- 1+ years of IT Technical support experience
- Experience working with JIRA and Kanban board
- Good understanding of Process Design documents, technical design documents within the automation space
- Good communication and attention to details
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in different time shifts per business need (Shift : 5:30am EST to 3.00pm EST )
- Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner
- Monitor application performance and implement performance improvements as needed
- Provide technical support to end users and stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns
- Work independently and conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long term solutions
- Provide technical support and initial response for Automation RPA BOTS (UiPath/PEGA/.Net services)
- Develop on-demand reports from production database
