Responsible for the implementation and execution of all retirement and health and welfare elements of benefits administration that aligns with the annual benefits strategy and design. Oversees the day-to-day benefits administration work, monitoring and reviewing benefits performance and reports, create and oversee benefits administration communications and ensures all benefits policies are up to date. Utilizes knowledge and continuous learning of federal and state laws as well as knowledge of current and possible future policies, practices, and trends to ensure the benefits program's complete compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Required Skills & Experience
Three to five years previous benefits management experience.
Three to five years of internal benefits administration and vendor interface.
Knowledge of US agency laws and regulations related to benefits (HIPAA, ACA, Section 125, etc)
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
