  • This pivotal role is designed to enhance our military recruiting programs and broaden our reach through strategic partnerships and targeted initiatives.
  • With a focus on scaling our efforts, the Veteran Talent Program Lead will drive recruitment strategies that align with our Skills-first initiatives, ensuring a robust and diverse pipeline of military talent.
  • In partnership with our Veteran's Leadership Network (VLN), the Veteran Talent Program Lead is strategically and tactically responsible for our military recruiting programs with Hiring Our Heroes & DOD Skill Bridge.
  • This role acts as a liaison between Global Talent Acquisition, VLN, and the organizations across the enterprise by assessing business needs, developing, and executing military and veteran recruitment strategies, programs, and tools that support business objectives and Skills-first initiatives.
