JOB DETAILS

Location: Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ

Pay: $21 + bonuses after training (Training pay = $20)

Title: Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Brief List of Job Duties:

- Receive inbound calls from banking customers.

- Assist customers with the utilization of rewards points.

- Interact in a friendly call center environment.

- Able to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ

- Live within 30 miles of Scottsdale, AZ

- Bilingual in English and Spanish

- Previous customer service experience (1 year+)

- High School Diploma or GED
