Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Phoenix, AZ, 85007

Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $17 to $18/hr.

Position Description:
  • Responsible for opening, reviewing, and sorting incoming correspondence, responding to email requests from internal and external customers. This role will be trained to set up payment arrangements, fiduciaries, data entry for tax clearance, maintenance, debt set-off, and liens. Will also assist with customer service overflow calls and other administrative support as needed.

Requirement:
  • Ability to read and sort incoming correspondence; effectively communicate both written and verbal; handle fast-paced environment; customer service focus; ability to use computers at a proficient level to document, input, save and retrieve information; as well as utilize calendar and email applications; and use and follow policies and procedures.

Experience Required:
  • High School Diploma Or GED
  • Approximately 1-2 years experience in an accounting and finance environment with a heavy emphasis on customer support, utilizing enterprise-level platforms to conduct daily tasks 65% to 90% in the workday

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Google Suite and project management applications such as ClickUp, Trello, Wrike, etc.
  • Experience working on government projects subject to public procurement restrictions.
  • Familiarity with the RACI Matrix and other project management processes.
