Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through product knowledge, quoting, and order processing in compliance with trade regulations.
- Manage order processing tasks such as amendments, status notifications, and expediting orders.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Take ownership of customer concerns, document complaints, and conduct root cause analyses for sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Regularly review and update technical product literature to remain informed about changes.
- Participate in special projects, including new product development support as assigned.
- Adhere to corporate policies and procedures set by the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual skills - Spanish/English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
