Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our client's team. This role offers the chance to support customers while gaining valuable experience in product knowledge and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support through product knowledge, quoting, and order processing in compliance with trade regulations.
• Manage order processing tasks such as amendments, status notifications, and expediting orders.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Take ownership of customer concerns, document complaints, and conduct root cause analyses for sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
• Regularly review and update technical product literature to remain informed about changes.
• Participate in special projects, including new product development support as assigned.
• Adhere to corporate policies and procedures set by the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
