Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to truck drivers across the US.
  • Reporting any tickets, citations, or court dates (each state has a different process to follow to complete the process).
  • Sending reports to referrals to distribute to the correct attorney.
  • Following up with drivers to ensure they are on track to complete their disputes, citations, tickets, or court dates to prevent anything from appearing on the driver's record or getting it rebuked.
  • Opportunity to learn other tasks such as documentation processing and referral work if interested and demonstrating great work performance.
