State Farm Agency, located in Tampa, FL has an immediate opening for a full-time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. We are seeking experienced insurance professional with an active 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license. Must be energetic and upbeat with good verbal and communication skills.

You will service existing Auto and Home policies by successfully completing transactions such as policy changes, greeting customers, service requests, billing questions, rate increase calls, late payment reminders, document scanning as well as addressing service questions and concerns with policyholders.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Florida insurance license 2-20 or 4-40 is REQUIRED.
  • Criminal history background check will be required.
