Pay Rate:

$21/hour bilingual Spanish+ bonus

$22/hr after 6pm and any time worked on Saturday or Sunday

**Monthly Performance Pay ( After training); up to $300/month based on attendance and quality)

**bilingual payrate starts after the training, during training is $20/hr

Training Details:

• Training will be from 9/30/24 - 10/25/24

• Training schedule day one is 9am-5:30pm, then 7AM to 3:30PM from 2nd day on, Mon-Fri

• NO TIME OFF DURING TRAINING

Post-Training Schedules: Various shifts available, all include one day of the weekend, 4 days a week or 5 days a week, please see options below. (shift will be selected after clearance)

Job Description:

Inbound call center to support multiple bank customers that have accrued enough reward points to purchase product or book travels.

The calls are about tracking the shipment, cancelling the shipment, refunding reward points, shipment arrived damaged, help on the website buying product.

Assisting clients to book flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises.

Requirements:

• HSD or GED is required (must be on resume)
• 6+ months CSR experience, call center.
• Exceptional phone and communication skills, good with people
