The Orientation Center for the Blind (OCB) program is a 24/7 days a week residential facility providing independent living skills and pre-vocational training services to adults who are blind/visually impaired.

This is a Building Maintenance Worker position. Under direction of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), Assistant Administrator for facility operations, the Building Maintenance Worker performs a variety of semi-skilled tasks in the repair, painting, alteration, maintenance, and cleaning of buildings, building facilities, grounds and equipment; works with OCB student helpers as part of their internship program by instructing, leading, or supervising students; and performs other related work as needed.

Telework is not an option for this position. This position is located in the city of Albany.
