The Project Manager position seeks to understand the client's business needs and exceed expectations in delivery and value using standard project management methodology.

What You'll Do
• Interview all stakeholders and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information
• Work in multiple disciplines and multiple industries
• Ability to build client knowledge and credibility quickly
• Ability to build strong relationships across organizations and navigate the complexity and ambiguity that comes from a matrix organization.
• Build trust with product owners and executives through data driven analysis
• Develop detailed business requirements by partnering with accounting stakeholders to analyze existing functionality and identify opportunities for enhancements

Overview: Client needs to select an ERP tool to replace their outdated applications. This is a 22 week project to guide them through an RFP and selection process.

Responsibilities:
  • Map current state ERP processes and translate those to future state needs to drive ERP selection.
  • Support ERP vendor selection RFP and selection.
  • Onsite 4 days/ wk.

• 5+ years business analyst experience
• Outstanding communication skills, ability to interface with executives
• Experience in analyzing data through the application of statistics
• Experience in extracting and reporting data
• Competency in Microsoft Office suite
• BA/BS preferred
