Business Analyst for Sales Operations

Position Summary:

The CSOS Business Analyst will be responsible for managing all projects and processes for the Commercial Sales Operations and Strategy Team, to guarantee delivery of our team with the highest standard and fidelity possible. The CSOS Business Analyst will work under the Reporting and Analytics team providing accurate project data and analytics.

Position Responsibilities:

• Review and follow up on all assigned projects for the CSOS team, across over 7 departments, which include:
  • Guarantee Deadlines are accurate and achievable.
  • Make sure project owners are continuously updating their project data list.
  • Follow-up on open action items and if they are still valid.
• Serve as the source of information for assigned team projects and report weekly/monthly/quarterly to the VP of Sales Operations on project progress and any risks that could impede success.
• Provide analytics on project tasks and monitor them to ensure project metrics are met. i.e.: The success rate of tasks, and the average duration of tasks.
• Schedule and run project meetings with both internal and external team members when required on eligible projects to guarantee CSOS's project progress.
• Provide analytics with GCP on data requests related to projects, including initial data pulls, and evergreen reports for policing/monitoring data once the project is complete.
• Prepare executive-level presentations for the VP of Sales Operations and Senior Leaders, when needed, to provide updates and feasibility, progress, and/or risks of in-flight or new CSOS projects.
• Generate, manage, and store Business Process Maps, and process Narratives, for the CSOS team, while also ensuring compliance of the team to the processes, and that documents are up to date with any changes when needed.
• Monitor the Data Warehouse for data integrity items related to CSOS Projects post-deployment, and if data quality is suffering, pull together project stakeholders to discuss issues and potential continuous improvement initiatives.
• Gather and document best practices and lessons learned from CSOS Projects in a common place and provide insight when needed.
• Support Supervisor on duties related to Acquisition Projects, when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Four (4) year degree, advanced degree required.

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Support or similar functions
• Minimum 3+ years of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Minimum 1+ years of Microsoft Visio.
• Minimum 1+ years of Google BigQuery SQL.
• Minimum 1+ years of MAStermind Business.
• Minimum 1+ years of Smartsheet Report and Sheet buildout.
• Minimum 3+ years of customer service with a professional attitude
• Proven communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
