We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell V-280 Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA), part of the US Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless, and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold tiltrotor. This position is onsite in Fort Worth as an individual contributor.

Military Sales and Strategy Business Operations Analyst

Take part in supporting the Bell Enterprise and Textron with the development and execution of campaign objectives, the administration of multiple new business tools and processes, as well as supporting capture and proposal management, monthly FVL update meetings, visitor requests, and Ops Forums. You will report to the Director of Military Sales and Strategy Operations and work across the Textron Enterprise Customer to support VIP visits to Bell, and annual operating plan programming and execution. This position will also assist in building strategic plans to effectively conduct department and company-wide training, as well as researching, developing, and participating in appropriate trade shows. You will also work to lead and direct internal and external support to include PowerPoint presentations and SharePoint management.

What you'll be doing as a Military Sales and Strategy Business Operations Analyst

• Manage current MSS Operations processes and process improvements. Track and document changes to MSS functional and business processes and address post-implementation issues and revision requests.

• Act as a liaison between Directors/Capture Team Leads, internal and external stakeholders, and program managers across the Bell enterprise supporting both domestic and international campaigns, participating in appropriate trade shows, providing required training, and assisting in compiling appropriate marketing materials.

• Assist in facilitating technical, programmatic, pricing and configuration gate reviews, and business information management activities using Bell and MSS internal processes.

• Support MSS Operations monthly/weekly/quarterly business battle rhythms.

• Develop, load, and manage all MSS Ops related documentation via the MSS SharePoint site.

• Assist in the development of annual MSS budgets, working closely with the VP of MSS and his directors, as well as the VP of Finance and or his designated finance representative.

• Coordinate with communications and other internal agencies to plan and support customer and VIP visits as directed.

• Serve as the Strategic Pursuits Representative to the Leadership Action Team and assist in coordinating all Ops Forum, SBR, Extended Staff, and other ELT level engagements.

What you need to be successful

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.

• 3+ years experience in a business analysis, marketing and sales, government acquisition, project management, business operations, and/or business development role.

• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written, as well as be able to work well independently and within a team environment.

• Experienced in Salesforce as well as Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

• Be comfortable interacting with executive leadership, be a well-organized strategic thinker and planner, and be a self-starter who is comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

• Prior experience at Bell or other Textron Business Units, US Dept of Defense (military or civilian), and/or US Dept of State is preferred.

• Prior experience managing a project consisting of a team of cross-functional professionals is preferred.
