Business Analyst

CVS is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a technical environment but this person does not need to be able to read or write code. This person will primarily be writing and creating user stories and acting as the liaison between technical and business people. This team utilizes Rally so the ideal candidate will have experience working with Rally to capture requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10 + years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience Collaborating with technical stakeholders, business partners, and product managers to create user stories
- Ability to Interpret items from technical writers, have conversations with business partners, and write user stories
- Experience working with business to obtain and track approvals of completed stories
- Experience working with Rally to capture requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and coordination skills
- Strong leadership skills in order to drive conversations and meetings
- Ability to analyze business processes and technical documentation
