Business Analyst

Our Fortune 500 client, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you'll optimize processes, manage backlogs in ADO, and collaborate with engineering teams to refine and document requirements. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to create business roadmaps and ensure clear, actionable business requirements. The ideal candidate will be effectively able to lead a worker shop, have great communication/facilitation/collaboration skills and they must be experienced and comfortable working in a fast past environment.

Redmond, WA - Hybrid (2 days onsite)
18-month contract

$45-$48/hour pay rate. PLUS - weekly pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, 15 days of PTO & 401K saving options!

What's the Job?
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of the following,

50% meeting/ collaboration

50% system analysis

• Creating business requirement documentation
• Document management within ADO backlog
• Working with stakeholders in getting alignment to proposed solution
• Will need to have good enough understanding of the requirements and being able to translate it
  

What's Needed?

• Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
  1. Minimum 4 years' experience with ADO, Jira or Rally
  2. Minimum 4 years' experience with data center delivery space
  3. Minimum 4 years' experience with stakeholder management
• Proven experience as a PM or similar technology-focused teams.
• Strong experience with building backlog (Epics, features, and user stories in ADO), groom the backlog and create test cases.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of data analytics and system integration
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of leading large-scale projects to successful completion.
• Ability to create BI reports and query Kusto
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans.
• Expert in ADO and extremely knowledgeable of the Data Center build /lease from signal to live.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including top management, to provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
