Job Summary:

As a key player, you'll manage and lead the entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategies. You'll work closely with stakeholders across various departments to deliver results, focusing on customer satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Handle data quality issues, including false positives. Understand and resolve data variances, especially within FCRA solutions.
  • Risk Control & Compliance: Manage card disputes and ensure adherence to risk and compliance standards.
  • Project Leadership:
    • Lead projects from start to finish, coordinating with business, technology, and finance teams.
    • Communicate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders, adapting your style as needed.
    • Ensure customer and employee impacts are properly managed and addressed.
    • Collaborate with the project manager to ensure all necessary resources are in place.
  • Customer Focus:
    • Prioritize the customer experience in all decisions.
    • Address stakeholder concerns promptly, providing solutions and escalating when necessary.
    • Contribute to change management by applying best practices.

Requirements:
  • Experience in data management, particularly with false positives and traceability.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with risk control, compliance, and FCRA solutions.

Candidate Profile:
  • Degree/Certifications: Verifiable certifications are a plus (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
  • Experience: 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Purpose: Support current projects.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: 80-100%.
  • Project Scope: Eagle RCC Furnishings Workflow Tool.
  • Team Size: 10+ people.

Ideal Candidate Background:
  • Requirements Elicitation Skills:
    • Experience with document analysis, leading requirements workshops, focus groups, surveys, and user stories.
    • Process mapping expertise.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Strong stakeholder engagement, adaptable to all types of stakeholders.
    • Ability to support, delegate, and proxy for the Product Owner in agile frameworks.
    • Assertiveness in completing BA artifacts.
  • Technical Understanding:
    • Knowledge of requirements traceability (e.g., Rock Crushing).
    • Ability to clearly articulate the role and value of a Business Analyst (BA) throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the relevant industry.

Key Must-Haves:
  • Writing data requirements.
  • Experience with remediation.
  • Expertise in risk control.
  • Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end project requirements.
