*Remote Contract Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Business Data Analyst position! This is a 2+ month contract opportunity and can be remote in the United States. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What You'll Be Doing:

•Assist in implementation of the Data Management Program within assigned area of the Bank.

•Develop a basic understanding of the data management practices.

•Assist in calculating metrics to measure compliance with the business and Enterprise Data Management policy and standards.

•Assist in documenting metadata for identified critical data elements.

•turn complex datasets into clear and compelling narratives that support strategic goals and objectives.

•Designing and maintaining complex spreadsheets that organize and analyze large datasets.

•Implementing macros and VBA scripts to automate repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency.

•Developing advanced formulas and functions to streamline data processing and calculations.

•Creating dynamic charts, graphs, and pivot tables for data visualization and interpretation.

•Ensuring data integrity by setting up data validation and error-checking procedures.

•Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized Excel solutions

•Integrating Excel with other tools and software, such as databases and business intelligence platforms.

What You'll Need to Have:

•Bachelors degree and a minimum of 1 year professional experience, or in lieu of a degree, combined minimum of 5 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year professional experience.

•Must possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, used for data analysis, visualization, and complex calculations.

•Deep understanding of Excel's functionalities, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VBA programming to streamline tasks and solve intricate data-related problems.

•Adept at transforming raw data into actionable insights and creating sophisticated models that drive decision-making in various business contexts.

Pay Range: $25-$40/hr+
