Job Summary: Manage and supervise the business development, marketing, and relationship processes with Nabors Clients in Argentina. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation and Presentation of Offers:
- Schedule, coordinate, and develop tasks for formal and informal offers to clients.
- Review client requirements and distribute documents internally to gather necessary information.
- Ensure comprehensive preparation of proposals meets client specifications.
- Participate in preparing cost structures and defining commercial strategies for opportunities.
- Inform branch and Head Office about invitations for offers and requirements for proposals.
- Maintain updated databases and reports on commercial opportunities and contract statuses.
- Contracts with Clients:
- Review client-proposed contract texts for conformity with company policies; submit for headquarters review.
- Actively participate in contract negotiation and modifications in coordination with Head Office.
- Review contracts before signing to ensure alignment with negotiation terms and proposals.
- Monitor the contract signing process and provide support to clarify terms and commitments.
- Marketing and Business Development:
- Maintain verbal and written communication with clients and attend relevant meetings.
- Assist in gathering information for the annual budget and identifying market opportunities.
- Organize documents for prequalification with operating companies and update Nabors registry accordingly.
- Support management activities related to business development and marketing of Nabors' services.
- Industry Monitoring:
- Monitor the market for updated statistics and data on utilization and market participation (Rig Count, Market Share).
- Participate in sector meetings and events, representing the company while adhering to ethical business conduct.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Engineering, or similar.
- 5 years of experience in the industry.
- Mastery of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in coordination and direction of commercial areas related to the sector.
- Experience in commercial negotiation and contracts.
- Proficiency in the English language.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Availability to travel.
- Knowledge of auditing standards.
- Basic technical knowledge at an operational level in drilling services.
- Basic knowledge of the laws in Argentina.
- Knowledge of materials and equipment in the drilling industry.
- Experience in bidding process management.
- Knowledge of drilling industry contracts.
