We use AI powered platforms to create leading digital marketing experiences and journeys in the Consumer Growth Engine and Integrated Marketing team (CGE-IM). The analytics team supports consumer growth with insights, analytical tools and processes that inform our CGE-IM efforts. Our mission is to provide reliable, integrated, actionable and data-driven insights to surpass our goals.

As Business Insights and Analytics Manager you will be required to generate insights across marketing channels, presenting findings and recommendations to CGE-IM and partners on the impact of business and marketing actions. You will apply business understanding, excellent data analytic skills and teamwork to produce analyses using various tools, methods, and processes for complicated customer journeys. Armed with insights, you will lead and actively participate in discussions that aim to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and success. This role demands initiative, effective storytelling, advanced knowledge and experience in marketing and customer analytics, including measurement techniques and experimentation. Experience in tools such as PowerBI, SQL, MS Ads preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • As you develop an understanding of the business across multiple areas, you'll anticipate business problems. You'll also use appropriate data to address business needs, identifying and taking steps to solve data issues and gaps.
  • You will determine appropriate analytical tools and techniques, then execute analyses and make actionable recommendations. You'll also critically evaluate assumptions about data and analysis methods, and provide feedback on analytical tools.
  • You will develop presentations using dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and more to tell stories of analyses. As you do so, you'll ensure presentations provide information accurately, clearly, and appropriately.
  • You will determine the factors and/or data types to include in evaluations, accounting for risks. You'll analyze and report results, and identify relevant recommendations and/or connections to other work.
  • By working across teams, you'll deepen expertise in data sources, methodologies, tools, and processes. You'll then recommend efficiency improvements to core analytical and reporting work, and evaluate the viability of automated reporting and analysis methods.

Qualifications:

Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
    • OR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
    • OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 6+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis.
    • OR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in consumer marketing analysis, journey and campaign measurement
  • Experience with digital marketing measurement methodologies
Business Analytics IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
