Job Summary:

This position functions as the Office Administrator for the Division of Renal Diseases and Hypertension. This includes serving as a welcoming and helpful presence at the front desk of our office, managing the calendar of Division leadership, overseeing office supplies, processing invoices, processing employee reimbursements, etc. This is an opportunity to join a fun, active Division in a high-touch role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processes purchase orders, invoices, and employee reimbursements.
  • Manages purchasing card transactions, reconciliation, and monthly report for the Division head.
  • Coordinates all logistics for Visiting Professors including, but not limited to organizing travel arrangements (room and board, flight accommodations, meals) and daily itinerary.
  • General administrative duties for office: Order, organize and stock supplies, faculty business cards; copy machine maintenance; maintenance requests; order supplies; mail/pick up; mail and package deliveries; distribute mail and packages.
  • Manages conference room (EMS) scheduling/maintenance and logistics.


Work Location:

Onsite - this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, CO.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Entry:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, accounting, education, social sciences, healthcare administration, public administration, communications, information systems, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.


Intermediate

  • A bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, accounting, education, social sciences, healthcare administration, public administration, communications, information systems, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
  • One (1) year of professional level experience with business administration or operational support.


Senior Level:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, accounting, education, social sciences, healthcare administration, public administration, communications, information systems, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
  • Two (2) years of professional level experience with business administration or operational support.


A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis for all levels.

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior work experience in a medical or higher education setting.
  • Prior experience hosting a guest speaker.
  • Prior experience working with faculty.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Anticipated Pay Range:

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as:

Entry Level: $51,437 - $60,000

Intermediate Level: $55,975 - $64,000

Senior Level: $60,514 - $69,000
