The Business Process Analyst (MP3) will support the Medicare Prescription Payment Program (M3P) Quality Management function. As part of this new program team, be part of an accountable and strategic team to ensure critical performance measures are available to internal business functions and external clients/health plans. Additionally, contribute to the regulatory requirements and audit activities through thoughtful evaluation of performance guarantees and service level agreements. Participate in related root cause and remediation activities, in conjunction with business partners, and support improvement opportunities within the billing, payment, and ledgering operations, along with additional teams supporting systems driving the end-to-end business process. Ideal candidates have prior experience understanding components of business processes and how they fit together into broader capabilities. The ability to coordinate and/or build appropriate and meaningful dashboards is essential to success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Quality & performance dashboards

    • Support development of critical program performance dashboards
    • Review dashboard outcomes, highlight key callouts, summarize findings
    • Support escalation-related activities
  • Support quality-related activities

    • Prepare and present information with key internal business functions
    • Contribute to short/long-term remediation quality recommendations across all impacted functions
    • Support overall program capability improvements
  • Program performance support

    • Support maintenance of team process documentation, including program SOPs
    • Support maturation of the program and team contributions
    • Critically evaluate current state program processes

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience participating in quality-related continuous improvement activities with key internal business functions
  • 1+ years of experience supporting or building Quality/Performance dashboards, creating measurements/control plans and trend reporting
  • 1+ years experience supporting escalation activities
  • 1+ years experience supporting Rapid Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and remediation actions
  • Experience using Power BI data visualization tools; intermediate skills with the ability to consult on layouts
  • Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to collect and chart data
  • Intermediate PowerPoint skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management experience
  • Medicare experience
  • Visio skills
  • SharePoint List Development experience
